FINANCIAL POLICY
To assure that the Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) program addresses fees,
payment schedule, refunds, stipends, and benefits. The following information
comprises the financial policy of the Clinical Pastoral Education program at
CPEO, LLC. This information can be found on www.cpeleaders.com
Policy
The Clinical Pastoral Education program at CPEO, LLC shall provide each
potential CPE student with the tuition and fee schedule upon request of program
information. Tuition and fees may be reviewed and/or changed annually.
Students must enroll in a unit on the ACPE website Enroll in Student Unit during
the orientation according to the orientation schedule. Students must also provide
proof of successful enrollment to the ACPE Certified Educator to ensure that all
of their students have enrolled themselves properly into the unit. If there are any
issues with enrollment, please contact Kimberly Palmer at
kimberly.palmer@acpe.edu for assistance.
Student Enrollment During Orientation
All Level I/Level II students are to enroll in each unit of CPE through the ACPE
website. It is the responsibility of student to share all enrollment information to
the ACPE Certified Educator.
If a student withdraws from the unit prior to the end of orientation, the ACPE
Certified Educator may ask for the student’s enrollment be deleted by contacting
Kimberly Palmer at kimberly.palmer@acpe.edu.
If a student withdraws from the unit after orientation, they must be given zero “0”
credit, except in the following cases where a student will receive a “W” for
withdrawal (no credit is earned):
Medical Reasons (no doctor’s note required)
FMLA Reasons (does not required student to apply for/be granted FMLA)
Military Deployment
Regardless of the credit earned by a student (0 credit, .5 credit, or 1 credit, or “W”
for the unit) the student unit fee is the same and is billed quarterly.
PLEASE NOTE: SHOULD A STUDENT ENROLL WITH CPEO, LLC
AND ATTEND CPE ORIENTATION, THEN AFTER ORIENTATION
THE STUDENT DECIDES THEY DO NOT WANT TO CONTINUE WITH
THE CPEO, LLC UNIT THEN THAT STUDENT WILL BE CHARGED
AND BILLED $290.00 NONREFUNDEABLE FEE TO COVER ACPE
FEES AND ADMINISTRATION COSTS. THESE FEES WILL BE
REPORTED TO THE THREE MAJOR CREDIT BUREAUS IF
PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED WITHIN 10 DAYS.
Registration of credit of the CPE unit or the educator’s written evaluation may be
withheld pending fee payment.

Students applying for two half units over an academic year the fees are
$2150.00 over eight months.

A. Tuition for a unit of CPE is due on the first day of the unit unless
1. A student submits a payment plan (not to exceed the time of enrollment
after orientation) in writing thirty (30) days before the unit begins; and,
2. CPE Educator, Chief Operating Officer agrees to the plan.
B. All tuition must be paid by enrollment of the unit.
Refunds
No portion of the tuition will be refunded after orientation. ACPE fees will not be
refunded if student participates in any part of orientation.
Benefits
There are no stipends or employee benefits for all programs, such as, internships,
CECs.
Fees
2025 Year Fee Schedule all fees are non-refundable after orientation. Actual
dates for fee payment is outlined in the Acceptance Letter and Invoices sent to
students. Students applying for two half units over two semesters refer to your
Acceptance Letter.
